TidyImage is built to avoid collecting the thing you came here to fix: your file.

Files

Images selected in TidyImage are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to TidyImage, stored on our server, or sent to any third-party service. There is no upload endpoint to send them to.

Metadata

The metadata report (EXIF, GPS) is computed in your browser too. TidyImage never sees the metadata it shows you, and the downloaded output contains none of it.

Analytics

TidyImage may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits and anonymous tool usage (for example, "an image was compressed"). Analytics never include your files, file contents, file names, or metadata.

Logs

Like most websites, our host may keep basic request logs such as URL, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and error information for security and reliability.

If something looks wrong, contact the site owner through the domain registration or a future published contact channel.
